Refund Policy

Important Notice
We currently do not offer refunds or returns on products purchased from MobileSpareParts.in. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return requests from your account
For orders shown as Delivered in your account, you may submit a return request from the order page within 7 calendar days from the delivery date we record (including when we confirm courier delivery). Each request is reviewed by our team; submission does not guarantee approval. This process is separate from reporting defective or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery (see below).
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of electronic components and spare parts sold by MobileSpareParts.in, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any products once the order has been placed and payment confirmed.
This policy is in place because:
- Spare parts are sensitive electronic components that can be easily damaged
- We cannot verify the condition of returned parts or whether they have been installed
- Parts may become incompatible or outdated quickly in the mobile industry
- Hygiene and quality standards require us to sell only new, unopened products
Before You Order
To avoid disappointment, please:
- Verify compatibility: Ensure the product is compatible with your device model
- Check specifications: Read product descriptions and specifications carefully
- Confirm quantity: Double-check the quantity and product before checkout
- Review your order: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
- Contact us: If you have any doubts, use our inquiry form before ordering
Defective or Wrong Product
While we do not offer general refunds, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a product that is:
- Defective or damaged: The product arrived damaged or is not functioning
- Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Missing items: Parts of your order are missing
Report within 48 hours
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
How to Report an Issue
- Email us at orders@mobilespareparts.in or support@mobilespareparts.in
- Include your order ID and, if you have it, the AWB or tracking number from your logistics email
- Provide clear photos or videos of the defective/wrong product
- Describe the issue in detail
Resolution Process
If you report a genuine issue within 48 hours, we will:
- Review your complaint and supporting evidence
- Assess the issue on a case-by-case basis
- Verify the claim with our quality control team
- Respond within 2-3 business days with a resolution
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement of the defective or wrong product
- Store credit for a future purchase
- Partial or full refund (in exceptional cases only)
Note: We reserve the right to request the return of the defective/wrong product before issuing a replacement or refund. Return shipping will be covered by us in such cases.
What We Do Not Cover
The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:
- Change of mind: You no longer want the product
- Compatibility issues: You ordered the wrong product for your device
- Installation damage: Product damaged during installation
- Normal wear and tear: Product used and now showing signs of use
- Late claims: Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Missing documentation: Unable to provide photos or proof of defect
- Opened packaging: Product packaging has been tampered with (unless defective)
Payment Failures
If your payment fails or is declined, no amount will be charged to your account. If you notice any unauthorized deductions, please contact your bank and our support team immediately atsupport@mobilespareparts.in
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
