• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification on our servers

Order Cancellation

Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Once an order is confirmed and payment is successful, we begin processing it immediately for dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India using third-party courier and logistics partners
• AWB/tracking is usually emailed by our logistics partner (Shiprocket) or the courier after the shipment is booked; you can also view synced status on your order page when available
• Estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days depending on location — estimates are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other events outside our control
• You must provide accurate name, phone, and address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect details

6. Business Inquiries (B2B)

For bulk orders, wholesale pricing, or business partnerships:

• B2B inquiries are handled separately through our inquiry system
• Use the "Submit Inquiry" form to request bulk pricing or business terms
• Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
• B2B orders may have different terms, pricing, and payment options
