Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹999 subtotal, we charge a flat ₹49 shipping fee at checkout. A valid delivery pincode is required to complete your order.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is online only (prepaid) — we do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery Partners

Orders are fulfilled through third-party courier and logistics partners selected for reliable delivery across India.

Our logistics partners include leading courier services across India, selected based on your location for optimal delivery speed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

• Metro cities: 3-4 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 4-5 business days
• Tier 3 cities and rural areas: 5-7 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

After payment we create your shipment with our logistics partner (Shiprocket). When they book the courier (after dispatch is confirmed in their system), you will typically receive an email from Shiprocket or the courier with your AWB / tracking number and any tracking link. Your tax invoice is sent separately at order confirmation.

You can follow your parcel using:

• The AWB from that logistics email on the courier's website, app, or a public tracking site
• Your order page on this site when tracking has synced from our partner

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. If our logistics partner cannot service a pincode, checkout may show an estimated or fallback shipping amount — contact support@mobilespareparts.in if you are unsure before paying.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use protective materials and tamper-proof packaging for all shipments.

Delivery Issues

If you face any issues with delivery, such as:

• Delayed delivery beyond the estimated time
• Package not received
• Damaged package upon delivery

Please contact us immediately at orders@mobilespareparts.in with your order ID and, if you have it, the AWB from your Shiprocket or courier email. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
